Railist Engineering is led by Ozi Al‑Jumaili, a Chartered Engineer with over 13 years of experience delivering complex rail programmes across the UK.
Ozi is known for his drive, determination, and the level of care he brings to every project. He is methodical in his approach, focused on clarity, and committed to doing things properly, whether the project is large, complex, or deceptively small. For him, scale doesn’t matter; successful delivery does.
He combines calm, structured leadership with a willingness to dive into the detail when it counts. Clients trust him because he pays attention to the things others overlook, asks the questions that bring clarity, and isn’t afraid to ‘get his hands dirty’ to resolve issues and strengthen decisions.
His engineering skillset is grounded in rigour, practical experience, and a genuine commitment to helping clients deliver safely, confidently, and with high standards.
